| Mami Nora's opened up in 2007 at their Durham location shortly before an unexpected fire. We then re-opened for business and were busier than ever- expanding to a second location in Raleigh! Mami Nora's is recognized for its unforgettable rotisserie chicken, cooked in a special marinade, then roasted in our imported oven from Perú. This oven uses only wood charcoal, no gas or electric heat is needed. This charcoal roasting method is the source of the mouth watering smell as you approach the restaurant! We pair our chicken with traditional South American sides- from Plantains to Yuca con Mojo or black beans. Mami Nora's also does take-out as well as large parties and catering. |
